Loading ...Interesting notes about the December contest:
- Guest DJ Draystin was a last minute entry into the contest, and he chose a bunch of heavy metal songs. A few of those ended up being so dang popular that we took them out of this contest after week two and put them in a contest of their own. Their popularity also inspired us to give Draystin his own show faster than we’d planned. That starts in January.
- Guest DJ Tony Kinsel’s picks didn’t do as well as his November picks, but, since Draystin is doing his own metal show on the station in January, Tony wins the invitation to return to the show in January.
- More of Hoss’s December picks made it through to the final week than in November, but Hoss is still made at ya’ll for not voting enough for a few of his dang picks.

I know everybody has missed me…
ok not..
I just wanted to say this….On the NOT Metal side of the music contest….
I am impressed with many of the songs….
And NO….
I am not picking LUTHER or HILDA over any of the other artist in this contest because they are local…btw….To be fair…I really like the Kat Moore song-Thank You..And also the Nancy Apple song…Very good songs..And country ain’t my big thing…But i do like a older country feel in music…I also as I have said like Luther’s song…So this contest has something for everybody…..hey why were u a bad boy anyhow..if u were a bad boy you should of got a board with 2 nails in your butt…or a sack of stickerburrs for Christmas…
