December Contest is Gonna Be Weird

Well, I don’t usually do this, but I think this time I’ll link you over to my blog on MySpace. I just posted a cool little deal on there about the metal music that will be showing up on the first installment of the December Hossey Music Award Song Voting Contest Show tomorrow. I was going to write a different-but-similar version here. But I’m tired. Peacemaking is hard work.

Do me a favor. If you find yourself wanting to comment on the MySpace article, come back here to do it. Let’s try not let have MySpace have any more undeserved attention that it already has. (I have no idea how that site became so popular. It’s way too slow, way too buggy, and way to confusing to use. Yeah, that’s kinda like HossTheBoss.com. But they’ve got too much money to be so dang bad.)

Jim, I love all music, but The Darkside is all metal…if you notice my picks, two of them were softer songs that I just really enjoy. Luther is doing great in the picks and pake is doing pretty well. I’m sure if I picked ‘regular’ music my picks then would be doing just as well!

    Metal For Life!

  2. You’re not suggesting we do opera on the station, are you, Jim? :)

Actually, why the hell not? Anyone know any Indie tenors?

  3. Jim Starr says:

Draystin, I enjoy metal music very much, as well as classic rock, country, some opera, some rap, and classical. Too bad your musical ear is only tuned to one genre, wrapped up and tied with a metallic bowstring. You seem to be a nice kid . . .

  5. The show was actually 4 and a half hours, Teddy. Just imagine the first show in January when (since Jnauary has five Saturdays) we’re going to have 40 songs! We’re all in for a loooooong night on January 3. Hahahahahahahahahahahahaha
