These songs are the top 5 finishers in the October edition of our silly contest. They’ll all join the top songs from previous 2009 months in the Finals in December. Voting is over for this month’s show, but it’ll all start up with another set of 30 new songs that we’ll debut in our next Live Show on Saturday, November 7 at 2 p.m. central time. We’ll be posting the formal list of new songs and guest in the contest right here sometime before Saturday (probably Wednesday or Thursday).

Thanks to everyone who voted for “Leg Man”. I do appreciate the votes and for all of the hits to my Myspace page. I really didn’t think that I could compete with the talent in this months contest. I think I had 90 votes after the first week of voting and I didn’t even try to get votes. I was shocked that I could keep my song in the top 10 throughout the contest.
Thank you Hoss for including me in the October contest, and for exposing me to your listeners. I really appreciate the opportunity of having my own show coming soon to HTB. I’ve done this type of show a couple of times when I worked in radio, and I loved it. I have some really interesting guest lined up, and some very talented ones too. Now if I can just get my Shit together and learn how to run this recorder. Hoss, I think you’ll enjoy what I plan to bring to HTB. If not, well I guess you’ll cancel me!

YEAH, Vote for “Leg Man”!
I wanted to thank Michelle & Melinda, Jared Chaffin & Matthew Aston from Scufflegrit, Larry Pearson from Judge Parker, and Leigh Stenhouse from Romancing The Devil for appearing on last Saturday’s live top ten countdown show. Ya’ll made this one of the best shows we’ve ever done, and I think Hoss will agree with me on that!

Vince I am sorry we never got you, we hope to remedy that too and last but not least thanks to Riley Smith for taking the time to have a chat with us. I am really looking forward to the extra tracks to be played from Michelle and Melinda and The life Of Riley.
