I hadn't realized that DJTony had 25 songs in this contest, including some of my favorite people, like Ashley Austin, Six Gun Britt, Dirt Road Randy, Little Texas & Sunday Morning Headcount! I'll be listening this Saturday. This contest will rock!! As a long time listener to this site I’ve been looking forward to the finals, even more now that I’ve read the list of songs involved. I came late to the party, because I found your site through Steve Carlson fandom, and I'm totally pumped to hear some of the good stuff I missed. Can't wait. However, I just read the horrible story of what has happened to Sasha Eleyce, and I have to say that I am really shocked that such a thing would have happened. Suddenly this doesn't feel like it's a real contest any more, because one of the strongest competitors have been sabotaged. I am sure that MySpace have records of all the activity that has gone on, including the messages from the misguided individual who may be to blame for her woes. I hope it's resolved for her swiftly and that MySpace learns from the experience. I want to extend my sympathy to Sasha, because even though I am a dyed in the wool Steve Carlson fan, there's no telling who would have won your bragging rights, and it would have been SO much fun to find out.
