New Site Design Is Just The Start

HossTheBoss.com will celebrate its 4th anniversary as an Internet radio station on February 28, 2010. (The site actually began in the summer of 2005 as a compliment to the show I was doing on Corpus Christi radio station KBSO. When the notorious Daddy D, the station owner, began the next chapter in his crazed radio games, he and I parted, and I finally decided to permanently give up on the craziness of “real” radio. By popular requests from people coming to this site when they couldn’t find me on KBSO anymore, I started streaming from my spare bedroom. ) So what better way to celebrate a birthday than with an improved look of the website.

I’m biased, of course (since I spent the last several weeks slaving lonely hours away on it)  but I think the new design looks pretty snazzy. And I KNOW it’s less confusing for you. (Hell, the old site even confused me most days.)

I will be appreciative of any comments (constructively critical or otherwise) you have about the new site. Just leave them below, and, if history is any indication, I will very likely end up incorporating your ideas somehow.

As with any website, this one is a work in progress, and, while I do not intend to change the overall look again any time soon, I still have a very long list of features and such that are “coming soon.” So, I hope you won’t make this a one-time visit. If you come back next week to the new-and-improved HossTheBoss.com, I’m sure you’ll find something new that’s cool,  fun and, most importantly, supportive of independent music.

Oh yeah… a lot of improvements are coming to the stream as well. So make sure you’re listening, dang it.
