When we get down to the Top 10 on the Hossey Music Award Song Voting Contest Show we always do “Interview Week,” and for July, that week falls on July 17. Nearly all of the bands in the Top 10 have confirmed that they’ll be waiting for a call from Tony and me during the this month’s interview show, and we’re even going to talk to 2 or 3 people who aren’t quite  in the Top 10 as of this writing. (It’s my dang show. I can talk to anybody I dang want to talk to on the dang show!) The two or three Top 10ers that won’t be on the show for an interview have good excuses — like they’ll be on the road, or even on stage, for a gig — and we’ll more than likely be able to hook up with them on the final show of the month on July 31.

Oh yeah, and because I’m not going to be able to do a live show on July 24, this Interview week show will run a bunch of times over the next couple of weeks: Live at 2 p.m. July 17, taped at 2 a.m. and p.m. on July 18, July 21, July 24, July 25, and July 28.
