Actually, one of the reasons why I do not list to ‘normal’ radio is because the radio guys talk too much. I wish they would play more than two songs in a row!

Why on earth am I here then, you ask? ‘Cause you sure do talk a lot!
Well, you keep it real; you talk about whatever you think of at that moment… no propaganda-like bs. Plus you don’t talk because you think that what you have to say is oh sooo important, you just talk because you’re having a good time. It’s like visiting friends and shooting the breeze together. At least, that’s the ‘vibe’ I’m getting from you when I listen to this show.

Thanks, Chrissy! That’s exactly the “vibe” I’m hoping people get from my silly little show. And it seems to be working! We grow just a little bigger every month. (We’re far from 40,000 listeners, though. Hahahahahaha….)

  3. Recently deceased Harold Cowart, the Bassit on those tracks, got his first hit with “Judy in Disguise”, and if you listen to that great ‘ol one hit wonder by “John Fred & his Playboys”, Harold’s bubbling bass made it the hit it was. Guitarist Joey Murcia, originally with “The Birdwatchers”, also played on those tracks as well as George Terry, and the drummer behind it all was Jamie Oldaker, originally with bob seger, then Eric Clapton. All these guys, apart from Jamie, were the session players behind The Bee Gees, Andy Gibb, Joe Cocker, Kenney Rogers, Dianna Ross, the Bellamy Brothers+++++……..God, the lkst is endless.
