- Voting is over for September, and below are the final results. The Top 5 finishers for September will move on to The Finals contest in December. All the other songs will end up back on HossTheBoss.com in one way or another at some point, certainly. Thanks to everyone for another great, fun contest. This month’s shows were hampered by technical problems related to HossTheBoss.com’s move to a new studio/home, and everyone’s patience has been great to behold. Our move will be completed by October 15 and, barring some other unforeseen problems, we’ll be starting our October contest that day. After that, we’ll be back to business as usual, and all of the improvements we’ve been promising on HTB will be closer than ever to becoming reality.

I really liked Private 1st Class by the Cory Mitchell band. I do want to hear the full band version next Saturday.

I’ll be playing both versions of “Private 1st Class” on my DJ show this Sunday night, September 12th, along with the rest of the Cory Mitchell & The HonkyTonk Heroes, self-titled, debut cd. I’m glad you like the song Bruce, & I hope you vote for it every day!
