- Voting is over for September, and below are the final results. The Top 5 finishers for September will move on to The Finals contest in December. All the other songs will end up back on HossTheBoss.com in one way or another at some point, certainly. Thanks to everyone for another great, fun contest. This month’s shows were hampered by technical problems related to HossTheBoss.com’s move to a new studio/home, and everyone’s patience has been great to behold. Our move will be completed by October 15 and, barring some other unforeseen problems, we’ll be starting our October contest that day. After that, we’ll be back to business as usual, and all of the improvements we’ve been promising on HTB will be closer than ever to becoming reality.

Just wanted to post a note here in case you missed it on the main page of my dang’d ole’ site:
Saturday’s live show (Sept. 18) has been canceled due to technical problems related to my upcoming move to some new digs (and to a little incompetence from AT&T). That means all the dang interviews that Tony has been talking about in these comments won’t happen until our Sept. 25 show — the final one of the month.
Sorry everybody! We’ll be doing a replay of the Sept. 11 show during our normal “live” time this week.
Oh yeah… voting will stay open, and the contest officially ends at noon central time on Sept. 25. We’ll be naming the Top 5 finalists during that show.

Be sure to listen this Saturday for our live, top 10 countdown show. Already agreeing to appear by phone on the show are Eric Malmstrom of Bretheren Sol, Rob Toner of A Boy Named Sioux, & Robert Shores of The Robert Shores Band.
