Loved being part of this show, would love to be back with Melissa again some time, and thank her for all her hard work in my absence.
Emad was wonderful especially singing live for us, Olliie.. I really am a fan now too.brilliant to hear Ryan and the rest of the boys with their interview.Postcardfiction I like Melissa really relate to that song. I am of course sad that Rosalee never made it to the top 5 …but hey overall we did damn fine.

  4. Whew! What a hellaciously crazy ass final show for February! (I’ll let you decide whether that’s a good or bad thing.)

Thanks, yet again, to all who participated in our silliness this month. I think I neglected to mention that we had, by far, a record number of voters this month. Whooo hoooo! (“The Girls” are probably mostly responsible for that. They have a way of making this dang competition into a really heated battle every dang time they’re involved.) And the talent in this contest was probably the most solid of all that we’ve ever had. From 1st to 30th, every dang song was a winner, and I’m pretty sure that each contestant in this month’s show will be back for more in a future contest.

Sorry to all who got short changed by my having to take a week off, by our dang troubles with Skype and by my incompetence in leaving the dang microphone on and turning the music down a couple of times while the live show was in progress. Anyone who is pissed off about all that and doesn’t accept my dang apology can go ahead and just sue me or whatever. (Oh yeah… in regard to the microphone thing, at least I didn’t do what a dear friend of mine, the late Davey Cooper, probably the craziest DJ ever known to man, once did when he wondered if a microphone was live. He simply yelled into the microphone over FCC regulated airwaves, “Is this goddamn, fucking mic on?” As luck would have it, the microphone was, indeed, on. As far as I know, Davey never got fined or fired or anything. He was a charmed, but crazy man. God rest is crazy ass soul! Okay. I’m ramblin’. Ya’ll take a drink, and tune in next week. The start of the March contest will be much more calm, I suspect.)

Thanks again everybody! This show is great ONLY because of the bands, the guest DJs, and the voters. Everything else about it it a friggin’ waste of dang time! Geez!

    Ya’ll all rock!
