Tony and Hoss,
Man I enjoyed talking with y’all last Friday night. Let me just say how much we appreciate everyone who voted for us and all the talented musicians in this contest. It is very humbling to see the credentials of these bands and hear their songs. Congratulations Cat McLean, Mike Parrish, Midnight Stone and Shannon Curfman for placing. I also want to congratulate the other acts. I really enjoyed Roadside Libby, Mountaindawg, the South First Band and Southern Yankee.
Tony, thank you for including us in your March picks. I especially appreciate you playing our whole cd on your first show of the month and all the kind things you said about us and our music. Hoss, thank you for the format and what you do for independent music and musicians. I hope you enjoyed your strawberries the other night.
I did want to let every know I misspoke the other night. We are playing a benefit ride for the Combat Veterans Motorcycle Association on June 4th in Wilkeboro, NC. All the money raised goes directly to Combat Veterans. To get more information go to http://www.cvmaride.com. I said the wrong website. Sorry I had to fix that.
Guys I appreciate and I look forward to listening to y’all all year.
Sincerely,
Josh Fields
