I want to thank, David, for your gracious lines you spoke of Freddy. I really do love the two songs I’ve heard of yours. Really nice work. I hope you do well in the next contest. Thanks Hoss for letting Freddys music into your contest, even though it is a good bit different from your usual format. I have become a big fan of several new artists, as well of yours.

Thanks, Bert! I was thoroughly impressed with Freddy during the interview. I’m very sorry that I messed up and didn’t get a chance to play any more of his music on the show! I encourage everyone to look him up ReverbNation, etc, and listen to his other songs yourselves. He’s got a TREMENDOUS amount of potential with his music, and I am glad to see you encouraging him at that.

Thanks, Don. Freddy recorded that song in a bedroom when he was 16. He’s done a few others, including one he played every instrument, and mixed it himself. The one he played in the Memphis Idol is a new one called Heaven. He wants to do a polished version before he sends it to you. It’ll be a hit in next years show. We appreciate what you’re doing to help get recognition for indie artists. Bert
