Just wanted everyone to know that Jamie Davis’s song is now listed correctly, dang it. Yes, it was originally listed as a song that Dave Younger and Farnell Cole did. I think they were trying to get two dang songs into the contest this month! And they knew that HossTheBoss is just the disorganized kinda guy who they could fool like that.
But their dang’d ole’ plans didn’t work. (Mostly because Dave himself is the one who told me I had the wrong song title listed for Jamie. Farnell, I think you could use a less honest partner in crime. Just a thought.)

Calling all true all the Hoss the Boss fans!
Since Hoss had a senior moment (or a contact high from standing too close to Kilsell) the very talented Jamie Davis is way down in the voting. If you would build up Jamie’s vote total I’d be personally grateful.
I am still bitter about not winning the coveted Hossey last year…though I didn’t deserve it…that don’t matter, this is politics! If I should die, I want my tombstone to read “Here lies Dave by GOD Younger
died of a broken heart
did not win a Hossey”
I do not want for Jamie Davis to suffer a similar heartbreak.
I still love Cat McLean…but that’s a conflict for another day.

Yes I’ll admit that it was a misguided attempt on our part in an effort to double our chances to win this danged ol contest, but we got to thinking that maybe if we pulled it off, Dave might be called upon to look and sing like our good friend, the young, handsome, and very talented Jamie Davis.
Upon further consideration, we both agreed that would be a pretty tall order, and our chances for bing found out later were pretty good. Wanting to avoid yet another scandal this early on in the contest, and the possibility of having the writing team of Cole & Younger banned from all future Hoss the Boss contests, we decided to fess up, and set things straight before we were outed, (not that there is anything wrong with that).
*Hoss, this is this the made up story you wanted me to tell to cover up your lame mistake isn’t it? If it’s not, just write me another email and I’ll just cut and paste it here so it will read exactly like you want it to, so as not expose to your latest bout of excessive drinking that was the real cause of this SNAFU of yours. And don’t forget to delete this last paragraph before you post it…
And oh yes, Turd says to tell you and Tony Hi, he’s “fresh” back from Super Tuesday, and he’s all tuckered out.
